TMW Refund Policy

We hope that the Energy Transmissions you receive will make a profound difference in your life. Refunds will be available according to the Policies listed below for the Programs specified;

Online Group Energy Transmission and Knowledge Call™ (OGT)

 Single Purchase – Your request for a refund must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the Energy Transmission. All fees and charges will be collected and refunded in US Dollars. TMW will not be responsible for currency Exchange Rate fluctuations.

Three Miraculous Evenings™ (TME)

Three Miraculous Evenings™( 3 Energy Transmission Series) – Your request for a refund must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the third/last Energy Transmission for a full refund of the cost of a 3 Energy Transmission series. All fees and charges will be collected and refunded in US Dollars. TMW will not be responsible for currency Exchange Rate fluctuations.

Monthly Enhancement Program™ (MEP)

Single Purchase- A written refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the Energy Transmission date. All fees and charges will be collected and refunded in US Dollars. TMW will not be responsible for currency Exchange Rate fluctuations.

6 Month Subscription – A written refund request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the last Energy Transmission received. Only a pro-rated portion of the subscription series will be refunded, equivalent to one Energy Transmission. Please note that after the sixth month, we will continue your subscription at your current monthly rate, unless you instruct us otherwise in writing*. All fees and charges will be collected and refunded in US Dollars. TMW will not be responsible for currency Exchange Rate fluctuations.

Master Energy Transmission™ (MET)

Master Student Program™ (MSP)

Single Purchase- A refund request must be made in writing within 30 days of the first Energy Transmission date. All fees and charges will be collected and refunded in US Dollars. TMW will not be responsible for currency Exchange Rate fluctuations.

6 Month Subscription – A written refund request must be made within 30 days of the first Energy Transmission received. Only those fees paid for the first 30 days of the subscription will be refunded. No refunds will be processed for requests made 30 days or more following the first Energy Transmission. Please note that after the sixth month, we will continue your subscription at your current monthly rate, unless you instruct us otherwise in writing*. All fees and charges will be collected and refunded in US Dollars. TMW will not be responsible for currency Exchange Rate fluctuations.

Healing Masters Program™ (HMP)

The HMP requires a commitment of 9 months. Should you find that you are unable to complete the program, or are dissatisfied with the program for any reason, you must contact Client Services for a refund within the first 30 days of the subscription. A written refund request must be made within 30 days of the first Energy Transmission received. Only those fees paid for the first 30 days of the subscription will be refunded. No refunds will be processed for requests made after 30 days following the first Energy Transmission. All fees and charges will be collected and refunded in US Dollars. TMW will not be responsible for currency Exchange Rate fluctuations.

Trivedi Retreats™

A full refund is available if you cancel with 15 or more days remaining before the Retreat begins.  A refund of 75% is available if you cancel from 5 to 14 days before the Retreat begins.   A 25% refund is available if you cancel with 4 days or fewer before the Retreat begins.  No refunds are available once the Retreat has begun. All fees and charges will be collected and refunded in US Dollars. TMW will not be responsible for currency Exchange Rate fluctuations.

In-Person Individual Energy Transmission™ (IIT)

You may request a full refund up to the day of the scheduled event. If you receive an Energy Transmission and are dissatisfied, you may request a full refund up to 30 days following the last Energy Transmission received. No refunds will be issued for Energy Transmissions received beyond the last one received. Note: If you have received multiple Energy Transmissions, a refund is available only for the most recent Energy Transmission you received. Remote Individual Energy Transmissions™ (RIT)

You may request a full refund up to the day of the scheduled event. If you receive an Energy Transmission and are dissatisfied, you may request a full refund up to 30 days following the last Energy Transmission received. No refunds will be issued for Energy Transmissions received beyond the last one received. Note: If you have received multiple Energy Transmissions, a refund is available only for the most recent Energy Transmission you received. Daily Transmission Program™ (DTP)

Payments for personal Daily Energy Transmission are non-refundable. Energy Transmission - Release, Waiver and Agreement

AS THE PURCHASER OF ENERGY TRANSMISSIONS OR OTHER PRODUCTS, I CERTIFY THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OF SOUND MIND AND COMPETENT MENTAL CAPACITY, AND I UNDERSTAND, AGREE AND CONSENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1)      MY CONSULTATION WITH MAHENDRA KUMAR TRIVEDI IS AN ENERGY TRANSMISSION; IT IS NOT A MEDICAL EVALUATION, DIAGNOSIS, PRESCRIPTION, TREATMENT, OR PROGNOSIS (‘MEDICAL CARE’) OR A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL CARE OR OTHER LICENSED HEALTH CARE. MAHENDRA KUMAR TRIVEDI, THE TRIVEDI MASTER WELLNESS, TRIVEDI PRODUCTS, TRIVEDI FOUNDATION  AND ALL PERSONS ACTING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THEM AT THE EVENT AT WHICH THIS CONSULTATION OCCURS, OR OTHERWISE, ARE NOT MEDICAL OR LICENSED HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONERS; DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE OR HEALTH CARE IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONSULTATION; DO NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR PROMISE REGARDING THE EFFECTS OR OUTCOME OF THIS CONSULTATION; AND DO NOT IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONSULTATION ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MEDICAL OR HEALTH CONDITION THAT I NOW HAVE OR MAY HAVE IN THE FUTURE. ON BEHALF OF MYSELF, AND MY HEIRS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS, I RELEASE AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONSULTATION THAT I OR THEY NOW HAVE OR MAY HAVE IN THE FUTURE AGAINST MAHENDRA K. TRIVEDI, TRIVEDI LLC, TRIVEDI MASTER WELLNESS, TRIVEDI PRODUCTS,  TRIVEDI FOUNDATION, THE EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS OF MAHENDRA KUMAR TRIVEDI AND/OR THE TRIVEDI ORGANIZATIONS JUST MENTIONED, ALL PERSONS AND ORGANIZATIONS ADVISING, PROMOTING, SPONSORING, HOSTING, OR OTHERWISE INVOLVED WITH THE EVENT AT WHICH THIS CONSULTATION OCCURS, AND THEIR HEIRS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS.

3)      IMAGE RELEASE: I FURTHER GRANT PERMISSION TO TRIVEDI LLC, TRIVEDI MASTER WELLNESS, TRIVEDI PRODUCTS, AND/OR TRIVEDI FOUNDATION TO USE MY LIKENESS IN PHOTOGRAPHIC OR VIDEO- TAPED REPRESENTATIONS OF ME, IN ANY AND ALL OF ITS PUBLICATIONS AND IN ANY AND ALL OTHER MEDIA, WHETHER PRINT OR ELECTRONIC, WITHOUT FURTHER CONSIDERATION. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TMW, TP, AND/OR TF MAY CROP OR OTHERWISE ADJUST, EDIT OR TREAT THE PHOTOGRAPHIC OR VIDEOTAPED LIKENESSES OF ME, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, EITHER NOW OR IN THE FUTURE.

4)      I WAIVE THE RIGHT TO FURTHER INSPECT AND CONSENT TO THE USE OF MY LIKENESS IN ANY FORMAT, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHICH TRIVEDI LLC, TRIVEDI FOUNDATION AND/OR TRIVEDI MASTER WELLNESS MAY DETERMINE TO BE APPROPRIATE. I UNDERSTAND THAT IMAGES POSTED ON A WEBSITE MAY BE SEEN OR DOWNLOADED BY ANY COMPUTER. I ACKNOWLEDGE SUCH USES OF ELECTRONIC MEDIA AND CONSENT TO THEM.  I FURTHER CONSENT TO THE USE OF MY WORDS AND STATEMENTS IN ANY MATERIAL WHICH TRIVEDI LLC, TRIVEDI MASTER WELLNESS AND/OR TRIVEDI FOUNDATION OR TRIVEDI PRODUCTS MAY DEEM APPROPRIATE, INCLUDING THOSE USED FOR PURPOSES OF ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION BY TRIVEDI LLC, TRIVEDI MASTER WELLNESS AND/OR TRIVEDI FOUNDATION AND/OR TRIVEDI PRODUCTS, IN ALL MEDIA, WHETHER PRINT OR ELECTRONIC, IN STILL PHOTOGRAPHIC, OR IN AUDIO OR VIDEOTAPED OR OTHER FORMATS.

5)      TESTIMONIAL RELEASE: I FURTHER GRANT PERMISSION TO TRIVEDI LLC, TRIVEDI MASTER WELLNESS, TRIVEDI PRODUCTS, AND/OR TRIVEDI FOUNDATION TO USE MY WRITTEN OR AUIDO VISUAL TESTIMONIAL REPRESENTATION, IN ANY AND ALL OF ITS PUBLICATIONS AND IN ANY AND ALL OTHER MEDIA, WHETHER PRINT OR ELECTRONIC, WITHOUT FURTHER CONSIDERATION. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TRIVEDI LLC, TRIVEDI MASTER WELLNESS, TRIVEDI PRODUCTS, AND/OR TRIVEDI FOUNDATION MAY EDIT MY TESTIMONIAL EITHER NOW OR IN THE FUTURE.
